Today we had our 23 week ultrasound. It's supposed to be our last one if everything goes well. Our little girl is looking very healthy. She weighs a whopping 1 pound 3 ounces. She's in the 44th percentile, so right on target. We got to see her little lips move and her face. I already think she's the cutest girl in the world :). Tim & I have also discovered that our little girl will stick true to her Taurus characteristics. Yes, she is stubborn just like me (a fellow Taurus, thank you very much). She was laying on her belly, again, so it made it difficult to see her heart. She had her legs crossed (like a good little lady). After much coaxing she flipped over for us, but then proceeded to throw her head back so that we couldn't get a good profile. The poor ultrasound tech just kept laughing about how stubborn she was. When we were trying to see her face, she noticeably turned her head the opposite way. I hope this doesn't mean she won't like getting her picture taken--she'll have to get over that with two grandmas so close by :). Anyway, we finally got a few good shots. Enjoy, and everyone pray for snow! They are calling for a whole inch!!

The one profile shot we got -see her scratching her nose?
Her face- o.k. she still kinda looks like "Skeletor", but you can see the promise...

Isn't it absolutely amazing? ...to imagine how beautiful she'll be...to imagine her first smile...to imagine watching her sleep... It's so incredible that sometimes you think it'll break your heart.
I think she was picking her nose...misbehaving already
