The Flood, Children's Festival, Halloween '15

We survived the floods of October. The kids' school was closed for several days  and we were house bound but other than that we were blessed. Our local gorcery store flooded, but thank goodness I had made my big trip before hand. It's amazing how rain can affect coastal cities so significantly. We're just glad to have it over with it.
Avery's dance company danced at the local children's festival.  It was their first performance of the new season.  The girls did awesome and we were so proud of them.
The kids had a great Halloween. They had fun parties at school and we got together with our neighbor friends for a party before trick or treat. My brother and his family even came to join in on the fun.
