Julie's Wedding, Labor Day, and Boosterthon

One of our childhood friends got married over Labor Day.  Julie had a beautiful wedding and it was so fun being with our family and friends. Congrats Julie and Adam!
When we returned home, the neighborhood had a great Labor Day block party.  We had potato sack races, tug of war, balloon fights and great food.  Even the rain showers couldn't put a damper on it!
The kids raised money for their school by participating in a fun run. Each child ran 35 laps and sponsors pledged money for the laps.  It was a great way to donate to the school and let out the kids' energy.
Avery and Salem's soccer seasons are in full swing.  Salem is loving playing soccer for the first time (if we can just get him to run the right way ;)).  Avery is doing great and scored the first goal of the season!
