This weekend we celebrated Christmas with my dad's side of the family. Mom made some amazing food, as always. We spent time with my aunt, uncle, and my cousin Jamie. Avery had the best time unwrapping gifts--everyone's gifts. It took a little longer, but it was priceless.
Our friends, The Mcwilliams stopped by to see us this weekend. They have three gorgeous girls. Avery was thrilled to have them play with her. Salem just watched all the action while sitting in Dave's lap. I don't think he'd ever seen that many little girls running around. Thank you so much for visiting you guys! We miss you!
Mom and Dad are members at the local country club and they invited us to a special luncheon. There was an esteemed guest there...Santa!! Last year Avery didn't do well sitting in Santa's lap at the mall. The luncheon was great, because Santa came around to all the tables and visited all the little girls and boys. Princess was still nervous, but she did really well. Oh, and she fell in love with Santa's elf, Maddison. She kept asking to go see her. It was too cute.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and safe travels!
