Remembering Grandma, Children's Museum & Family Fun

Our family has some more sad news.  Tim's grandmother, Mary Frances, passed away.  We are all missing her very much.  She had one amazing and active life! We were so blessed to live close by and see her as much as we did. Please pray for Tim's family especially his Dad, Sutton.  We miss you, Grandma!
January flew by for us.  It's amazing how busy your schedule gets when the kids start having school and activities. Avery is doing wonderfully in school.  She is learning so much.  I love seeing all the artwork she brings home and hearing all the stories from her class.  Salem is growing like a weed.  You can't even tell he broke his leg.  He is back to his old self.  He's been putting full sentences together quite often.  I think he gets his communication skills from his talkative sister :).
The Sinclairs came down for a visit and we took them and the kids to the local children's museum.  The kids had a blast playing with their grandparents.
Happy early Valentine's Day everyone!!

 February Pics
It never really gets that cold down here, but we wanted to make use of our cute hats and scarves.
The kids are obsessed with dressing up.
For my child's future embarrassment - Doesn't everyone go potty in rabbit ears and a tutu??
Avery can write her name! She just learned how to do lower case letters too. Such a proud mommy!

Preschool Cowboy & Indians Day
Avery doesn't look thrilled in this picture, but she was so excited to go to school.  She got to play with a pony named Smarty Pants

Some pics the teachers sent us:
It's hard to see, but there is a light up rhinestone tiara on her cowgirl hat.  Once a princess, always a princess.

Sometimes I get to go home during my lunch break to these sweet faces. Sigh...
