Dad & Rachel's Birthdays and Grant's Wedding

We had a lot of fun events the past few weeks.  We celebrated Dad's birthday down here.  Even Carlos and Amy came to stay with us.  Then, Tim's family came for a visit and we celebrated Rachel's birthday.   It was wonderful being with everyone.  Avery and Salem loved all the attention, too :). Happy Birthday, Dad! Happy Birthday, Rachel!

Our friends Grant and Becca got hitched this past weekend.  We are thrilled for them.  The wedding was beautiful and the reception was a blast.  I even tried some 'exotic' foods-quail, pheasant, duck, venison.  The reception was at a hunting compound by some beautiful ponds.  We got to catch up with a lot of old high school friends.  It's funny how much we talked about our kids, though.  Times have really changed. Congrats, Grant and Becca!
